Additional Services & Pricing
- Prices are based on 3 1/2 hour reception rental.
- $1500.00 Non-Refundable Deposit (secures date and is applied to balance due) or $2500.00 if booking full-day Bridal Suite Rental.
- Balance due 2 weeks prior to event along with menu choices and final head count.
- $750.00 Wedding Ceremony Fee (includes rehearsal, arriving 2 hours prior to the 30-minute ceremony, on-staff coordinator, chair set up for indoor or outdoor spaces).
- $1000.00 Bridal Suite Rental (9 am arrival in dressing room, mimosas and food included). Add $75 per hour for earlier than 9 am
- $500.00 Per Hour for Additional Rental (plus applicable bar fees).
- All events are charged 9.5% sales tax.
- All events are charged 18% service fee.
- Milk Chocolate Fountain (includes assorted dippings) – $3.50 per person.
- Butler pass any Petite Entree, Specialty Item or Hors Doeurve – $2.00 per person, per item.
- Add any additional Entree, Petite Entree or Specialty Item to either menu – $4.00 per person, per item.
- Soft Drinks, Iced Tea and Coffee are included at no extra charge.
- Includes tables, linens, chairs and use of our decor/centerpieces.
- No charge for children 5 and under.
- No venue rental fees on weddings with 100 guests or more.
